As reported not too long ago, Boredoms are celebrating their favorite holiday – the incidental triple digit date – with a bicoastal 88 drummer performance led by Eye. Each performance will start at 8:08 P.M. (local time) on August 8th. The prestigious list of drummers includes members of Animal Collective, Dead Meadow, Entrance, Sunburned Hand of the Man, Crystal Antlers, Psychic Ills, Sic Alps, Beachwood Sparks, and many more Decibel Tolls-relevant artists. I can’t make it out to either date (I live in flyover country, you see), nor can I afford the cost of airfare, so if anyone is going please take photos and I’ll credit you and relish you with props if you send some to me!
